Cut each breast in half.
Pound out thin.
You need two pieces of breast same size for one serving.
Put a piece of ham, then a of cheese on each of four slices of meat. Make sure filling comes to within 1/2-inch of edge.
Top with remaining breast slices, pressing of chicken firmly together. Coat breast lightly with flour seasoned with salt and pepper. Dip milk (beaten together), then crumbs.
Repeat. Cook in hot oil.
