Donna's Zucchini Bread
Donna'S Zucchini Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. flour, 1 1/2 c. sugar, 1 tsp. cinnamon, 1 tsp. salt and 1 tsp. baking powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
In a large bowl, stir dry ingredients, zucchini, nuts and raisins together.
In another bowl, beat eggs and oil.
Pour over flour mixture and stir until moistened.
Turn into greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
Bake in a 350Β° oven for 1 hour and 30 minutes or until pick inserted in center comes out clean.
Cool in pan 10 minutes.
Makes 1 large loaf or 2 small loaves.
Double recipe and it will make 3 nice size loaves.
