In a large bowl, mix all ingredients until well blended.
Roll out on floured board.
Cut out treats with cookie cutter shaped like a dog bone or a heart shaped one.
Microwave at 50 for 5 to 10 minutes, turning every 2 minutes or bake in oven at 350Β° for 15 to 20 minutes or until dry.
Grease the cookie sheet lightly.
If too dry, add a little more hot water.
