Divinity Pie
Divinity Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 tsp. vanilla, 3 egg whites, 1/4 tsp. cream of tartar, 1 c. sugar and 16 saltine crackers, rolled to crush, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Beat egg whites with mixer until frothy and add cream of tartar.
Beat until stiff, gradually adding in the sugar.
Add crackers by folding in only.
Fold in nuts and vanilla.
Bake in a well buttered 9-inch pie plate for 30 minutes at 350Β°.
Cool and put 8 ounces of Cool Whip on top.
Sprinkle with coconut (optional).
