Divinity Fudge
Divinity Fudge is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. sugar, 3/4 c. karo syrup, 3/4 c. water, 3 egg whites and 1 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Boil sugar, syrup and water until mixture makes a firm (candied) ball; test in cold water.
Beat egg whites until stiff. Pour hot syrup slowly over beaten whites and continue beating until mixture begins to turn glossy and thick. Add vanilla and nuts.
Pour in a greased pan. Cut when cool.
(Use a large bowl to beat egg whites.)
