Divinity Fudge is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. sugar, 2/3 c. water, 1/2 c. white syrup, 1/4 tsp. salt and 2 egg whites, beaten stiff but not dry, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Cook the first 4 ingredients until hard ball stage, 250Β° on thermometer.
Slowly pour onto the stiffly beaten egg whites.
Keep beating until set and add the vanilla.
Spoon onto waxed paper to make individual pieces of candy.
