Divinity Fudge
Divinity Fudge is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 1/2 c. sugar, 2/3 c. white karo syrup, 1/3 c. water, 2 egg whites, well beaten and 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Pour sugar, syrup and water in a pan.
Boil until it spins a thread or forms a hard ball when dropped in cold water.
Remove from heat, then fold in a little of the egg whites.
Repeat until you have used all the egg whites.
Add vanilla and chopped nuts, if desired.
Beat until mixture becomes stiff.
Pour into greased pan or dish immediately.
Garnish with walnuts, if desired.
