Divinity(Divinity Is Not Really Hard to Make.)

In a large saucepan, cook sugar, water and glucose until it threads (usually 20 minutes).

We use a candy thermometer.

Add butter and peanuts and continue cooking, stirring constantly so peanuts won't stick to the pan.

When the thermometer shows soft crack, immediately have someone bring in the cold marble and lay it on a large countertop.

Use butter or cooking spray such as Pam, and grease marble, countertop and forks.
