Divinity is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. granulated sugar, 3/4 c. light corn syrup, 1/4 c. water, 3 egg whites, beaten and 1 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Cook syrup, sugar and water to soft ball stage.
Pour one-half of this over stiffly beaten egg whites, returning remaining half to heat to cook to "crack stage."
Continue beating egg whites. Pour remaining syrup slowly over egg whites, beating constantly, until candy holds its shape.
Add flavoring and chopped nuts. Drop by spoonfuls onto waxed paper.
