Soften yeast water and set aside.
Combine cottage cheese, onion, dill sugar, butter and salt. Mix egg with yeast combine all using electric mixer; beat in flour. Knead and let rise until doubled in size.
Stir dough down and knead again.
Into well-greased 8-inch round 2 quart casserole, let rise again.
350Β° for 40 to 45 minutes until brown.
Brush with additional soft butter.
