Dilly Bread
Dilly Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. yeast, 1/4 c. warm water, 1 c. creamed cottage cheese, 2 tbsp. sugar and 1 tbsp. minced onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Dissolve yeast in warm water.
Combine all other ingredients, except flour, with yeast and water.
Cottage cheese should be at room temperature.
Soak a few minutes.
Add flour; mix with spoon. Cover.
Let rise in warm place for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
Stir down and put in well-greased 1 1/2 to 2-quart casserole dish.
Let rise 30 to 45 minutes.
Bake at 325° to 350° for 40 to 50 minutes. Brush while warm with 1 tablespoon butter and salt the top. Remove from dish, cut and serve warm.
