Soften yeast in water.
Combine cottage cheese, sugar, onion, butter, dill seed, sesame seeds, salt, soda, egg and softened yeast in mixer bowl.
Add flour slowly to form a stiff dough, beating well after each addition.
Cover; let rise in a warm place until doubled in bulk.
Stir down dough and turn into well greased casserole.
Let rise until light.
Bake at 350 degrees for 40-50 minutes or until golden brown.
Brush with soft butter and sprinkle with coarse salt.
Makes 1 round loaf.
