Dilled Carrots
Dilled Carrots is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 small bag fresh carrots (baby), 1/4 c. onion, finely chopped, 1/4 c. green goddess dressing, 1/4 c. wish-bone italian dressing and 1 tsp. chopped parsley, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Clean and cut carrots; boil until tender approximately 5 to 10 minutes.
Do not overcook.
Rinse in cold water.
Let cool to room temperature.
In large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients, then pour over carrots.
Best results if made the night before serving, allowing to sit.
Stir before serving.
