Dill Pickles
Dill Pickles is an easy dinner. Made with cucumbers, garlic cloves, salt, 1 qt. vinegar and dill, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Select fresh even cucumbers.
Wash and cut ends off.
Place dill in jar and clove of garlic.
(If you wish you can use hot peppers.)
Pack in sterilized jars.
Add 3 level teaspoons of salt in each jar.
Boil 1 quart vinegar and 3 quarts water.
Pour hot over pickles and seal.
Put in cold packer, starting with cold water.
When water comes to a boil, remove jars.
Let stand 4 weeks before eating.
