Dijon Chicken Breasts
Dijon Chicken Breasts is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 tbsp. dijon mustard, 2 tbsp. vegetable oil, 1 tsp. garlic powder, 1/2 tsp. italian seasoning and 1 lb. chicken breasts, skinned and deboned, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. In a medium glass bowl mix all ingredients except chicken breasts.
Spread mixture over chicken breasts from both sides. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
In a frying pan heat 2 Tbsp oil and bake the chicken for about 3 minutes per side or until done.
