Different Pie Crust is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 c sifted flour, 1 tbsp sugar, 1 1/2 tsp salt, 1 1/2 c shortening (part lard) and 1 egg, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Blend flour, sugar, and salt.
Cut in shortening.
Beat egg, blend in vinegar, add cold water.
Sprinkle this over flour and shortening mixture, a tablespoon at a time.
Toss with fork to mix.
Roll on floured surface.
Bake at 400 degrees.
