Combine raisins, boiling water, salt, cornstarch, orange juice and lemon juice; cook until thick.
Remove from heat.
Add Equal and lemon rind.
Pour into uncooked crust.
Top with lattice crust.
Bake 15 minutes at 425°, then 20 to 25 minutes at 350° or until crust is done.
