Made with 3 eggs, beaten slightly with fork or wire whisk, 3 c. skim milk, 1 1/2 tsp. liquid sweetener, pinch of salt and 1 tsp. vanilla or 1 tsp. sherry flavoring (optional), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Stir together.
Pour mixture in individual custard cups and sprinkle with nutmeg.
Put hot water in flat baking dish; set cups in the water and bake at 350Β° for 1 hour.
