Diet Chicken
Diet Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 to 6 pieces chicken, skinned, 1/3 c. dry powdered milk, 2 tsp. paprika, 1/2 tsp. dry mustard and 2 tsp. chicken bouillon powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Ingredients, except chicken, in plastic bag. Add chicken and shake to coat.
Put in shallow baking dish and bake, covered,
45 minutes at 350Β°.
Take out and drain. Bake, uncovered, additional 20 to 30 minutes.
May add a little garlic powder flakes to dry mixture, if desired. Makes 4 servings.
