Diana'S Oatmeal Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. brown sugar, 1 c. white sugar, 1 c. shortening (half butter), 2 eggs and 1 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Then stir in the oatmeal, then the raisins.
