Diabetic Cranberry Jello Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. cranberries, 2 oranges, 4 apples, 1 large can crushed pineapple (unsweetened) and 2 pkg. strawberry jello (sugar-free), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Put all ingredients into blender and blend until fine (except jello, hot water, topping and nuts).
Add jello, dissolved in hot water; cool first.
Then chill overnight.
Add nondairy topping. Sprinkle with nuts before serving.
This salad is good with turkey at Thanksgiving time.
