Diabetic Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. water, 2 c. raisins, 1 c. unsweetened applesauce, 1/2 tsp. nutmeg and 1/2 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Cook raisins in small amount of water until water evaporates.
Add applesauce, eggs, sweetener and cooking oil; mix well.
Blend flour, cinnamon, nutmeg and vanilla; mix well.
Pour into greased 8 x 8-inch pan.
Bake in preheated oven at 350Β° for about 25 minutes or until done.
