Diabetic Banana Nut Cake
Diabetic Banana Nut Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. flour, 1 tsp. soda, 1/2 c. oil, 1 1/2 tbsp. sucaryl sweetener and 4 or 5 ripe bananas, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Mash bananas.
Combine oil, Sucaryl, buttermilk and vanilla. Mix.
Add bananas.
Add flour slowly.
Add raisins and nuts last. Will be stiff.
Pour into 2 deep pans about 3 x 5-inch depth. Bake at 350Β° for 25 minutes.
