Deviled Crab Cakes
Deviled Crab Cakes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 sticks butter, 2 c. crab meat (mixture of breast and claw meat), 1 1/2 c. progresso italian style bread, 4 eggs, beaten and 1/4 to 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Saute onions in butter until clear.
Combine remaining ingredients; mix thoroughly and form into patties or stuff into cleaned crab shells.
Bake at 350Β° for 25 to 30 minutes until browned.
May be frozen on a cookie sheet uncooked, then kept frozen in freezer bags until ready to thaw and bake.
