Deviled Crab Bake
Deviled Crab Bake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 tbsp. minced onion, 3 tbsp. margarine, 3 tbsp. flour, 1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Saute onion in margarine.
Stir in flour, mustard and salt. Stir until mixed.
Stir in milk slowly.
Cook 1 minute until sauce thickens.
Remove from heat; stir in lemon juice, red pepper and parsley.
Drain crab meat; chop eggs and stir crab, eggs and half of cracker crumbs into sauce.
Put in baking dish.
Sprinkle remaining crumbs on top.
Bake at 375Β° for 20 minutes.
