Deviled Crab Bake
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Saute onion in margarine.
Stir in flour, mustard and salt. Stir until mixed.
Stir in milk slowly.
Cook 1 minute until sauce thickens.
Remove from heat; stir in lemon juice, red pepper and parsley.
Drain crab meat; chop eggs and stir crab, eggs and half of cracker crumbs into sauce.
Put in baking dish.
Sprinkle remaining crumbs on top.
Bake at 375Β° for 20 minutes.
