Deluxe Cheese Cake(In Honor Of "Myrtle Mcklyo") is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs, 1/3 c. melted butter, 1 (17 oz.) can fruit cocktail (save syrup), 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon jello and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Drain fruit cocktail; save syrup.
Save 1/2 cup of the fruit cocktail for garnish.
Heat 1 cup syrup and dissolve lemon jello and salt in it.
Cook until slightly thickened.
Force cottage cheese through a sieve.
Whip whipping cream.
Fold in fruit, cottage cheese, whipped cream and vanilla into the jello in the jello mixture.
Turn into crumb-lined spring-form pan and chill until firm.
Decorate top with crumbs and the 1/2 cup of drained fruit cocktail.
