Delicious Sour Cream Cake
Delicious Sour Cream Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 lb. butter, 3 c. sugar, 6 eggs, separated, 1 c. commercial sour cream and 3 c. cake flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Cream the butter and sugar thoroughly. Add beaten egg yolks. Add sour cream alternately with flour, salt and baking powder. (Add stiffly beaten egg whites after flour.)
Bake at 375Β° approximately 45 minutes or 1 hour or until done when tested with a straw. Bake in angel food pan.
(Not necessary to ice, just a little sifted powdered sugar on top.)
