Delicious Microwave Meat Loaf is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground chuck, 2 eggs, lightly beaten, 1/2 c. flavored bread crumbs, 2 tbsp. minced onion and salt and pepper to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Combine all ingredients except cheese in a bowl.
Arrange this mixture in a donut shape in glass pie plate.
Cover with wax paper.
Microwave at Medium 10 minutes.
(Rotate pie plate 1/2 turn for 5 minutes if your microwave doesn't have a carousel.) Next, remove drippings and sprinkle with grated cheese.
Microwave on High for 2 minutes.
Let stand, covered, for 6 to 8 minutes before serving.
