Deer Burger Casserole
Deer Burger Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 16 oz. can pork and beans, 1 small onion, diced, 1 c. barbecue sauce, 2 tbsp. brown sugar and 1 1/2 lb. deer burger or hamburger meat, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Preheat oven to 400Β°.
Brown burger meat and drain.
Add first 4 ingredients and bring to a boil.
Remove from heat.
Place in Dutch oven or ovenproof serving dish.
Place small biscuits or 1/2 biscuits on top and around edge.
Cook until brown.
Turn heat off.
Sprinkle cheese over biscuits and remove from oven as soon as cheese melts.
