Blend margarine, flour, salt and pepper in saucepan.
Stir in milk.
Cook until thickened, stirring constantly.
Add onion, ham, eggs and peas.
Pour into 10 x 10-inch baking dish.
Pat biscuit dough to fit the baking dish.
Place on top of casserole.
Bake at 450Β° for 20 minutes or until top is light brown.
