Deep Dish Chicken Pot Pie
Deep Dish Chicken Pot Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. cubed cooked chicken, 1 c. sliced carrots, 1 c. cubed cooked potatoes, 1 c. frozen peas and 6 tbsp. margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
In a large saucepan; melt margarine, stir in flour, bouillon and pepper.
Over medium heat add milk gradually stirring until thickened.
Add remaining ingredients except Bisquick.
Pour into 2- 1/2 qt.
Casserole dish.
Prepare Bisquick according to package directions.
Roll out to cover top of dish, cutting slits near center.
Place dough over filling; turn over edge.
Seal and flute.
Bake 40 minutes or until golden brown in 375 degree oven.
