Decorator's Frosting
Decorator'S Frosting is an easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. powdered sugar, 5 tsp. cornstarch, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1 c. shortening and 1 egg white, slightly beaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

π¨βπ³ Instructions
Sift sugar, cornstarch and salt.
In mixing bowl, cream the shortening.
By hand, slowly add sugar mixture.
Blend to very fine crumbs. Stir in egg white. Do not beat air into mixture.
If too stiff for even piping, add 1/2 teaspoon water.
Store tightly covered.
Makes 2 1/2 cups.
