Daube Pork
Daube Pork is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. pork, cubed, 2 tbsp. vinegar, 1 c. onion, 3 tbsp. chopped garlic and 1/2 c. chopped tomato, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Wash meat in vinegar and water.
Put all ingredients in bowl and cover.
Allow to sit 45 minutes to 1 hour for seasoning to penetrate meat.
Remove seasoning.
In a pot, add cooking oil and brown the meat.
Add seasoning.
Brown 1/2 hour.
Add hot water and simmer until tender.
Do not dry out.
Simmer to a gravy.
