Daddy's Custard
Daddy'S Custard is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 eggs, 1/4 c. brown sugar, packed, 1 1/2 c. coconut milk, 3/4 c. evaporated milk and 1/2 tsp. ground cardamon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Coconut heat 2 1/2 cups whole milk. Add 2 flaked shredded coconut.
Simmer 10 minutes. Pour into blender container and whirl at highest speed until coconut is finely ground.
Strain through strainer.
Beat eggs until whites are no longer stringy (eggs should not be foamy). Add sugar coconut
Stir until sugar is dissolved. Blend evaporated cardamon, mace, cloves and flavoring. Pour into baking place dish into pot half-filled with boiling water.
Bake at 325Β° for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
Cool, cover and chill, decorate with coconut.
