👨🍳 Instructions
Mix eggs, sugar, salt and vanilla.
Slowly stir in hot milk. Pour at once into unbaked pie shell. Dash the top with nutmeg. Bake at 475° for 5 minutes.
Reduce heat to 425° and bake for 10 minutes longer or until knife inserted is clean.
