Beat eggs slightly with beater, then beat in remaining ingredients.
Pour into pastry lined pie pan.
Bake in a 400Β° oven for 25 to 30 minutes until a knife inserted 1-inch from side of filling comes out clean.
The center may look a bit soft but will set later.
