Curried Rice Salad
Curried Rice Salad is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 c. chopped almonds, 1 tbsp. margarine, 1/3 c. mayonnaise, 1 clove garlic, chopped and 1 tbsp. curry powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Soak raisins in boiling water for 20 minutes.
Saute almonds in margarine until crisp; drain and reserve.
Combine next 9 ingredients.
Stir hot rice into the dressing.
Fold in bell pepper, green onions, raisins and coconut.
Chill.
Just before serving, fold in almonds.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
