Curried Meatballs
Curried Meatballs is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. soft bread crumbs (about 2 slices bread), 1 (28 oz.) jar none such ready-to-use mincemeat, 1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef, 1 egg and 2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
In a medium bowl combine crumbs, 2/3 cup mincemeat, meat, egg, salt and pepper.
Mix well.
Shape into 1 1/2-inch meatballs.
In a large skillet, brown meatballs in oil; remove as browned.
In same skillet, cook onion and green pepper until tender.
Add remaining mincemeat, curry and ReaLemon.
Mix well.
Return meatballs to skillet.
Cover; simmer 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Serve with rice.
