Curried Fruit
Curried Fruit is an easy dinner. Made with 3 cans fruit (peach halves, pear halves, apricot halves, pineapple slices and dark pitted cherries), 3/4 c. brown sugar, packed, 1/3 c. butter and 4 tsp. curry powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Saute curry powder in butter.
Add sugar.
Arrange fruit in baking dish in layers, placing some sugar mixture between each layer.
Bake 15 minutes in 350Β° oven.
Baste with mixture and bake 15 minutes longer.
