Curried Chicken Casserole
Curried Chicken Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 pkg. frozen broccoli or fresh broccoli, 1 small pkg. almond slivers, 2 cans cream of chicken soup, 1 1/4 c. mayonnaise and 2 lb. cooked chicken, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Cook the chicken with onion, celery, parsley, bay leaf and seasoned salt for 35 to 40 minutes.
Cook broccoli as directed on package but slightly underdone.
Arrange in 3-quart casserole. Sprinkle almonds over broccoli. Remove bones from chicken and cut up.
Place chicken over broccoli.
In a bowl, mix together mayonnaise, soup and curry powder. Spread mixture over casserole and top with crumbs. Bake, uncovered, for approximately 30 to 45 minutes in a 350Β° oven or until brown and bubbly on top.
