Cupcake Frosting is an easy dinner. Made with 4 1/2 c. confectioners sugar, 1/4 lb. butter, 1/8 tsp. salt, 1 tsp. vanilla and 3 to 4 tbsp. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Sugar with butter (soft), and salt in small bowl. Blend extract,
2 tablespoons milk and remaining sugar into mixture.
Gradually add remaining milk to mixture until consistency desired.
Icing does 36 cupcakes.
