Made with 1 large cucumber, peeled, seeded and finely chopped, 1/3 c. sour cream, 1/3 c. unflavored low-fat yogurt, 2 tbsp. reduced calorie or regular mayonnaise and 1 1/2 tsp. dried dill weed or 2 to 3 tbsp. finely chopped fresh dill, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
