Cuban Steak
Cuban Steak is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 round steaks (1/4-inch thick), sliced lengthwise, garlic salt, chopped onion, sandwich ham and 1 hard-boiled egg, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Garlic salt and chopped onion.
Let stand approximately
1 hour.
Remove onion and save.
Place 1 slice sandwich and 1/4 hard-boiled egg in each steak. Roll and pin.
Sear in oil. Cover with tomato sauce and add chopped onions.
Cover and simmer about 2 hours or until done, or 20 minutes in a pressure cooker.
Serves 4.
