Crusty Beef Casserole
Crusty Beef Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. ground beef, 1 chopped onion, 4 cans chef boyardee meatless mushroom sauce, 1 tsp. salt and a little seasoned salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Brown ground beef and onion.
Add and heat mushroom sauce, salt and seasoned salt.
Cook noodles.
Grate cheese.
Arrange 1/2 noodles in large casserole.
Pour 1/2 the sauce over the noodles; top with 1/2 the cheese and repeat.
Bake at 325Β° for 1 hour.
Top should be brown and bubbly.
Makes very large casserole; can be divided in 1/2 and frozen.
Bake frozen one covered with foil.
