Crunchy Seafood Casserole
Crunchy Seafood Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of chicken or mushroom soup, 1/2 c. milk, 1 (6 1/2 oz.) can chunk-style tuna or crab meat, 2 (5 oz.) cans shrimp and 1 c. salted cashews or almonds, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Empty cream of chicken or mushroom soup and milk into a 2-quart casserole. Add tuna or crab meat, nuts, celery and onion. Mix well and season to taste with salt and pepper.
Add about 3/4 of the can of chow mein noodles to the mixture and mix again. Dot with butter and cover with remaining noodles.
Bake at 350Β° for 25 to 30 minutes.
Serves 6 to 8.
