Tear lettuce into bite-size pieces.
Break broccoli into small florets. (You may steam broccoli but keep it crunchy.) Chop onions with tops.
Slice mushrooms.
Crush noodles before removing from package.
SautΓ© almonds, noodles and sunflower kernels in margarine.
Set this aside to cool.
