Crunchy Potato Balls
Crunchy Potato Balls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. very stiff mashed potatoes, 2 c. finely chopped fully cooked ham, 1 c. shredded cheddar or swiss, 1/3 c. mayonnaise and 1 egg, beaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. In a bowl, combine the potatoes, ham, cheese, mayonnaise, egg, mustard and pepper; mix well.
Add enough of the flour to make a stiff mixture.
Chill.
Shape into 1 inch balls; roll in cornflakes.
Place on a greased baking sheet.
Bake at 350Β° for 25-30 minutes or until heated through. Serve hot.
