Crunchy Peanut Butter Cups
Crunchy Peanut Butter Cups is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 16 oz. confectioners sugar, sifted, 4 oz. brown sugar (1 1/2 c.), 16 oz. smooth peanut butter, 1 tsp. vanilla and 1/2 c. butter, melted, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

In large bowl, combine sugar, peanut butter, vanilla and butter.
Knead with hands until blended.
Add Beer Nuts* and knead until mixture is smooth.
Spread peanut butter mixture into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Smooth and flatten surface of mixture by placing sheet of waxed paper on top and "roll" over surface with a small juice glass or rolling pan.
Break chocolate bar into several pieces and melt over double boiler; spread melted chocolate evenly over peanut butter mixture.
Refrigerate until chocolate has hardened, about 15 to 30 minutes.
Cut into squares.
