Crunchy Lemon Chicken
Crunchy Lemon Chicken is an easy dinner. Made with 2 c. post natural bran flakes, crushed, 1/2 tsp. grated lemon peel, 1/4 tsp. salt, 1 egg white, beaten and 6 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (about 1 1/2 lb.), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Heat oven to 350Β°.
Mix cereal, lemon peel and salt.
Dip chicken in egg white.
Coat with the cereal mixture.
